For the cover story, Matsutani and Kate Van Houten are joined in conversation with Désirée Moorhead-Hayter to revisit their exhilarating early days in Paris working at legendary printmaker Stanley William Hayter’s Atelier 17.
Paris is a focal point throughout the issue, with rarely seen photographs by Stanley Greene (1949–2017); poems by Marie Baléo and Barbara Chase-Riboud; new paintings by Camille Henrot; and Ksenia M.
