Please place your order by 1pm on these dates to ensure delivery by 24th December. These dates are provided by Royal Mail and are guidelines only, not a guarantee. However we will endeavour to make sure all orders are fulfilled as promptly as possible during the Holiday period.
Express delivery options are available to most destinations. Express delivery provided by DPD. Example last postage dates for express delivery below:

You can choose your preferred method of payment at checkout
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer several different shipping methods depending on the weight and value of your order. Including:
- Economy Shipping - for zines and smaller items
- Royal Mail 24/48 - For orders up to 2kg
- DPD Next Day - For larger orders*
You can select your preferred shipping method during checkout
*Note: while this is a Next Day service, as DPD collect from our store at 10AM, the majority of orders will be dispatched the following day. If your order is urgent, please get in touch and we will do our best to get to you as fast as possible.
We offer free 48 hour shipping on UK orders of £75 or more. Discount is automatically applied at checkout.
Collect in Store
You can choose to collect your order from our store by selecting the option during checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready to collect.
You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account. If you need to make any changes to your order please let us know as soon as possible. We are unable to make any changes once the order has been processed.
Gift cards can be purchased either online or in store. Online gift cards will automatically be emailed to the recipient upon purchasing. You can also buy physical gift cards online (shipping fee applies).
Gift cards can be redeemed either online or in store. To redeem your gift card online simply log in or register and enter the gift card number during checkout. To redeem in store bring your physical gift card or a copy of your email gift card and present it when making your purchase.
Goods can returned within 14 days of the date of receipt. All returned items must be in the same condition you received them in. This means that if the item was sealed in shrink wrap, it must be returned to us still in its shrink wrap.
Please email email@example.com to let us know you're returning your item. Items being returned remain the responsibility of the customer until they arrive back with us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service for returning items.

Please include either a copy of the original invoice we sent with your order, or a note with the order number to help us find your order. Once we receive your item, you will be refunded via your original payment method, minus the original shipping costs.
We make sure every order is carefully wrapped, but unfortunately from time to time things get damaged in the post. If there is something wrong with your order please let us know as soon as possible. Damages should be reported to us within 7 days, including photos of the damaged item(s) as well as the packaging. We will then offer you either a replacement or a full refund.
Unfortunately, we are unable to directly exchange online orders. If you wish to exchange an item, you will have to return it for a refund and make a new purchase.
We are always on the lookout for new and original publications. If you wish to have your zine or publication considered, please get in touch. You can submit by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure you include either some example images, some spreads or a PDF copy along with information about the publication, including cover price.

Sample copies of zines will be added to our zine archive to be exhibited at future events. If you wish to have your sample copy returned to you. Please include a self-addressed envelope and return postage in the package you send to us.
Please be aware that we receive a large volume of submissions every day. We make every effort to respond to all submissions, however we are a very small team so please be patient if you do not hear back right away.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
