Goods can be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt. All returned items must be in the same condition you received them in. This means that if the item was sealed in shrink wrap, it must be returned to us still in its shrink wrap.
Please email email@example.com to let us know you're returning your item. Items being returned remain the responsibility of the customer until they arrive back with us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service for returning items.

Please include either a copy of the original invoice we sent with your order, or a note with the order number to help us find your order. Once we receive your item, you will be refunded via your original payment method, minus the original shipping costs.
We make sure every order is carefully wrapped, but unfortunately from time to time things get damaged in the post. If there is something wrong with your order please let us know as soon as possible. Damages should be reported to us within 7 days, including photos of the damaged item(s) as well as the packaging. We will then offer you either a replacement or a full refund.
Unfortunately, we are unable to directly exchange online orders. If you wish to exchange an item, you will have to return it for a refund and make a new purchase.
