Rich Tea by Jim Brook

Rich Tea is a selection of images made on the fringe of a larger body of work.

Jim Brook explores the relationships between the readymade, still life sculpture and the photograph within the home shared with his gran in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire. Brook reflects on the cultural history of his home town that has strong ties to textile mills, coal mining and trade unions.

The exhibition is accompanied by a text from Aaron Guy, entitled 'A face full of a rich tea'.
