But fear not, for our final issue is the triumphant conclusion of five years of publishing.

This edition promises to be the apogee of The Lemming’s timeline, a result of aforementioned development that secured it 10 distinguished instalments, each one as plucky as the last. It is true that with each bout of the publication came an evolution in the way our writers and artists envisaged the world. Our hope has been that, if only for a glance, The Lemming has caused its readers to see the world in a different light also.

Within the folds of this special farewell issue are stories of sacrifice; through fire, motherhood and factionalism are its death croaks conjured, each article sat between the usual smattering of comic farce, ever reeling one between smirk and furrowed brow.'
