Joyful is a queer community cookbook. It's a publication consisting of recipes and poems from a majority of queer folks. It's packed full of passion with people sharing food from family, their culture, their cravings, their comfort, their history, their experiences and their creations.
For Jaz food has been a means of making new connections and deepening friendships. They’ve been lucky enough to have been fed by some of these contributors and also had the pleasure of hosting some. Their hopes are to continue this tradition of making new connections through food, strengthening old ones and ultimately bringing people together through food.
