Chomped #4

Chomped is a Leeds based zine sharing stories from the local food scene, opening up discourse into what we like to eat, cultural identity, eating seasonally, the ingredients we’re drawn to, and sharing knowledge surrounding cooking. The aim is to bring people together through food. Connecting home cooks with passionate foodies with professional kitchen baddies.

In this issue we dive into comfort food, Bradford mangoes, lore behind Spoon & Straw, Sudanese black salad, the garden, fermentation, an interview with Lucky Squirrel Kitchen, Calderdale Valley and lots of Autumnal dishes.
