A collection of transgressive relics enshrining London roadman culture.
95 Ways to Step on the World is a fragmented, semi-autobiographical work of experimental literature exploring ideas of the self through the eyes of a nihilistic young criminal. It is a collection of hidden desires and silent cries. The desire to reject safety. To reject conformism. To shine bright and live dangerously if only for a brief moment before falling off the edge. These smashed fragments of writing refuse to belong to anyone or anything; they resist rules and regulations. And in that limbo of non-belonging, they reveal truth.
Published in celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Air Max 95, 95 Ways to Step on the World honors the language and literature of our times — placing it in the lineage of great Punk writing and publishing. The book is limited to 400 copies and distributed by Topsafe.
