Exhibtion & Zine Launch by Ali Periam & Luke Pickering

Village is pleased to be hosting a split exhibition by artists Ali Periam & Luke Pickering. The show is a continuation of Ali & Luke's work together, having previously collaborated on publishing projects such as their last release Cobwebs.

To coincide with the show both artists will be launching new publications, 'Where I End and You Begin' by Ali Periam & 'ISM' by Luke Pickering published by 1991 Books and Ceremony Press respectively.

'Where I End and You Begin' by Ali Periam is a diaristic photo project which aims to encapsulate what serenity means and feels like to a generation coming of age in a period of global turbulence. The project captures profound experiences shared within cherished relationships.

'ISM' is Luke Pickering’s latest publication a year and half worth of photographs, attempting to capture moments and experiences that he saw as profound, uncanny and meaningful.
