Red Utopias is a trilogy of books that bring together the photographs and texts of a dozen European authors and photographers around the theme of political utopias in Europe in a post post-soviet era.
Red Utopias are collective memories, spaces and people. We interrogate architectures and places of memory through testimony and theory.
The trilogy's content is being brought to life in the running of launch evenings. We are organising meetings and a series of lectures in the presence of our photographers and authors across France, the UK and more. This provides readers the opportunity to share their thoughts, exchange and question, the books become a meeting space.
