Our new opening policy
First of all, we just want to say a massive thank you once again to everyone who has supported us during this extremely difficult and uncertain period. We’re so grateful to have such a dedicated customer base with a genuine love for independent businesses.
Following the announcement allowing non-essential shops to reopen from 15th June, we’ve been thinking a lot about the best course of action. The safety of our customers are our highest priority, and while we’re super excited to welcome you all back to the store, we feel its our responsibility to do so in a way that puts your safety first.
From Monday 15th June, we will be opening on a by appointment-only basis. If you’re planning on visiting us, simply drop us an email to email@example.com or call the shop to arrange a convenient time when you (and a friend/family/partner) can browse worry-free. We’ll even pull out some recommendations for you!
We’ll have extra safety and hygiene measures in place to ensure everything is clean and safe at all times. We know a lot of you are keen to get back to shopping with us IRL, but we also know that many of you are, understandably, very anxious about the prospect. We feel this is the best option to ensure that shopping with us is a friendly, welcoming, and safe experience for everyone.
Click and Collect is still available for all orders placed on our website or by phone, just give us a heads up to let us know when you’re coming.
We will also continue to offer free UK shipping on orders over £20.
Our opening hours will to be:
Saturday by appointment-only (book 24 hours in advance)
We’ll be keeping a close eye on further government advice and reviewing the situation frequently, but for now we hope you’ll continue to support us as we take our first tentative steps towards something resembling normality.
