The Eyes #14

Is it possible to use the photographic image to think about the interweaving of human history within the long time frame of climate? Through the prism of time, this is the question posed by Fracture. Past actions seem to have had far-reaching consequences, and are more than ever palpable in our daily lives, leaving us with a present full of questions and doubts, and inviting us to imagine a brighter future than the one announced.

As such, this issue invites us to think about the environmental question in a global and holistic way. Conceived as a humble act of resistance, FRACTURE offers some insights and food for thought, so that we can contribute, in our own way, to the slow transformation of the thudding climate crisis into collective action.
