Hapax #4

This issue of Hapax includes new photographic projects by Elinor Carucci, Andrew Jackson, Through the Lens Collective and Aaron Schuman; word-image collaboration between artist Eman Ali and poet Ali Al-Jamri and new curation from Pelumi Odubanjo bringing together work from Hélène Amouzou, Seif Kousmate, Bernice Mulenga and Leonce Raphael Agbodjelou.

Hapax is created by commissioning international lens-based artists and curators who are keen to test new ideas which depart from their previously established creative practice. The result: a magazine quite distinct from the established model, as the content hasn't existed before, and will only be seen in its printed pages. We are interested in meeting artists we don't know yet, and curators who may be working outside the photographic sphere from across the globe. We encourage submissions from everyone, regardless of experience, qualification, nationality, geographical location or background.
